A donation based meditation workshop offered EVERY WEDNESDAY EVENING (7:30-9:00pm) and on the 1ST & 3RD SUNDAY (2-4pm) of each month at a charming private studio in Santa Monica off Colorado near Centinela.
Stephanie Nash has been a chief facilitator with Shinzen Young for over a decade and combines his teachings with other methods - for the purpose of creating more Ease, Clarity, Focus and Presence in one's life. Earlier this year, Stephanie designed a mindfulness training for a Harvard Medical School brain study and recorded a mindfulness app for a Carnegie Mellon Stress Reduction study. (And that app will be available on iTunes in the next month.)
Each meeting is a different exploration of our experience of body, mind, external sight & sound - and sometimes movement (or stretching.)
Open to all levels of experience. Sitting gear & chairs are provided.
