Santa Rosa Tea Party Patriots to hear

                            2014 Florida Session Legislative Update

Monday June 9, 2014 at 6:00 pm, Pace Community Center - Chumuckla Hwy - 7/10 mile past Berryhill Rd Intersection.

We will have special report on Operation American Spring that is still taking place in Washington DC. Special guest, Representative Mike Hill will give a Florida House legislative update on the 2014 Session, and we will also have a report on the Senate 2014 Legislative 2014 session given by Dave Murzin, Legislative Assistant to Senator Greg Evers who is not available on this evening. Bring your questions about particular bills, there will be time for questions and answers.
We will not start our candidate forums until the July meeting as candidate filing does not close until the third week in June.

Invite a friend to this meeting, get others involved.

SPECIAL NOTE: I will be on vacation with my sisters and brother the week of June 8th-16th and will not be attending the SRTPP meeting on June 9th, the team leaders will be in charge. There will be no coffee as I am the only one who has access to make the coffee, so if you want anything to drink other than water from the fountain, please bring it with you. And...just because there is no coffee doesn't mean that you can stay home, fix a cup and bring it with you!

God bless,

I'm unable to attend Monday meetings, it conflicts with my bible study class. The illegal immigrant in state tuition bill passed the GOP legislature and was signed by Gov. Scott today. Just how did that happen? On the face of this I'm against it. What am I missing?

Patrick, it was not because we didn't fight against this tuition bill, it is because not enough people are in the fight, if the legislators don't hear from enough people, they vote with those who have the loudest voice, which is often their fellow legislators. I understand that there will be conflicts in people's calendars for meetings, believe me I have to set things aside all the time to do what I do. So, it is up to the people to stop these things and if enough people do not stand up we will continue to see these types of laws passed. It takes bodies to make a difference and we don't have enough. You asked what you were missing, so my opinion is we are missing physical bodies in this fight against illegal immigration and the battle will only get worse.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
