Hi Ana, Happy to have you join our group. This month I will focus on the use of sea vegetables in our diet. Ounce for ounce, along with herbs, sea vegetables are higher in vitamins and minerals than any other food. In Western countries, land vegetables are the traditional sources of greens, but vegetables from the sea are nutritious foods and powerful healers that have been used by Europeans/Asian and many coastal communities around the world.
