This class offers a sanctuary from daily stress and fast-paced living. Come practice 'active relaxation', a state of no-effort and quiet brain. Props will be used to assist in holding poses (asanas) for some time. The assistance of the props help create space and freedom in the joints, organs, and spine. As we settle into the poses, we will be guided to grow more mindful of our "inner landscape." This process calms the nervous system and slows us down into the rhythm of the body and the Earth. All levels welcome.
