We have twice weekly guidedmeditation sessions: Wednesdays, 6-7:15 pm, Fridays, noon-1 and a silent meditation followed by a short lovingkindness practice on Mondays, 6-6:45. All arefree (free will offering welcome).

Mindfulness meditation may be relaxing, but it is not a "relaxation technique." There are methods which are utilized to nurture stabilizing (not controlling) the mind - but the techniques or methods aren't themselves "mindfulness." If you come to the group a few times, you'll start to know what this means!
This is a time when we meditate together & discuss mindfulness concepts and the "inner space" of our own meditation experiences. Please come w/ beginner's mind!
We also regularly schedule 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Cognitive Tools classes. This class is affordable & may very well be life-changing.
