Conservatory Park/Palm Aire

Meet at the Panera at 8:45 to carpool to the park...very little in the way of parking.

This is a new park located in Palm Aire County Club area.  We will be walking the mile and a half loop and some of the neighborhoods in the area.  Trails are wooded and paved.  Following our walk we will head to the Panera off of University and Tuttle for a cup of coffee etc.

I was walking there from my home, arrived a little late and missed you all. I walked the park but alone:) Sorry I didn't get to meet you all. Here is a pictures, I didn't know they placed work-out machines there. Last time I was there it was month ago. Pretty nice park.

Sorry, but I tripped over the dog and while I don't think anything is broken, I am having trouble with deep breathing (bruised chest bone?) so a walk in the cold is probably not a good idea.

I just discovered this park yesterday and it's right across the street from where I live! Very pretty place to take a walk - I agree w Mary Ann - the parking lot we were in has only 5-6 parking spaces. I can't attend this meetup as I'll be away for a week but maybe someone can check it out in advance - I think there is one other, maybe 2 other parking lots. Im not sure if you'd be allowed to park on the streets in the neighborhoods and walk into the park. ?

Went to check out this park with a friend. Residential setting, mostly wooded area, it reminded me of Rothenback. Similar pavillion with picnic tables and lavatories. Trails aren't well
marked so we went on a wild goose chase. It'll be nice to follow a leader this time. Very limited parking - car pooling would be best.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
