Frosted Crop - January Monthly Crop

Celebrate winter and all of it's majesty by staying warmly tucked away and scrapping the weekend away! This month's crop might be "Frosted" in theme, and although the weather outside may be frightful, the atmosphere, tasks and friendships inside will most certainly be delightful. The crop will be held at the Timberville Church of the Brethren Fellowship Hall and the hours of the crop will be on Friday from Friday 3PM-9PM and continuing Saturday 9am-8PM. (Note: change in hours for winter). For those attending on Friday only the cost is $10.00. For those attending on Saturday only the cost is $15.00. And for those attending both Friday and Saturday the cost is $20.00. Crop fee includes your own Scrapping table, bottled water, a scrapbooking goodie or make and take and a few surprises. Our Friday Night dessert is a Hot Cocoa Bar and (provided) and lunch on Saturday will be a Crock Pot Feast! Pulled Pork (aka BBQ) sandwiches and Sloppy Joes will be provided as the main course. Scrappers would like to bring a food item to share are requested to bring a Crock Pot side dish/appetizer/desert. For those who would like to bring an food item to share, you may choose 5 sheets of cardstock as my thank you to you.

Quite often, we are the "good samaritan scrapbookers", as we have been called a time or two, and help out the church/preschool when they are in need. This month with the frigid temperatures, there seem to be more cats needing food and care than previous months, and I would like to request that we help the church with the care of the church cats. If able, although not a requirement, I am asking each participant to donate a cat food item during the crop. This can be dry cat food, the heavy duty paper plates that Bernie uses to feed the cats, or canned cat food. Registration for the crop is now open. Listing your "intent" here on the Meet-up group is very helpful, but to officially register for the crop, please e-mail me at: [masked] so that I can prepare accordingly. Payment for crops may be made via cash, check, PayPal or Debit/Credit Card. To request an invoice, simply e-mail me at: [masked]. Crop registration fees upon registration, or at the latest 48 hours before the beginning of the crop.

Here is the make and take for the crop.  The picture sizes are posted on my blog at: www.inallsassiness.com.
