We meet every Tuesday in Foster City from 10am to 11:30am. Currently, the class is free. Through this meditation we will work on our various nerve centers and tap into the energy source within ourselves. It is designed to help you find balance in your life and create a positive shift. It is simple but at the same time very effective & powerful.
Instructor: Shiraz Zack, has been meditating for over 20 years. She trained under the guidance of Villy Doctor, PhD in Psycholopgy. Villy Doctor's thesis work was in "Pscho-Biological changes in the body through mediation".
Shiraz Zack, has herself conducted many classes and helped people master this technique.
