Harmonia is always on the look out for extraordinary places to practice yoga. When I saw the Luxury 90 ft yacht called The Empress I thought what a blissful space to offer Yoga & meditative community practice. To be surrounded by the beautiful views, peaceful sounds, and gorgeous water, who would pass this up? Gerry generously opened up his yacht to me and gave the community a chance to experience what it's like to own your own private luxury yacht! Now you have the chance to experience the divine beauty of a yacht. You will get the benefit of privately touring the boat and participating in an amazing yoga class from a top Harmonia teacher. We would like to take this time in the morning to offer a wonderful yoga practice, but also offer a beautiful morning meditation. We give you a new way to greet the morning, and nature, with community. We are looking for like minded people ready to enjoy morning support in exercise, beauty of environment, conversation, and a community. Meet up on the boat Tuesday-Friday from 8:00am - 9:00am and let's start building a sustainable meditative support. We are happy to have Lisa Rueff, Peggy Orr, Hillary Skibell, and Sarah Pascuel as teacher’s helping with this inspiring Sausalito experience. Directions: From Highway 101 take the Sausalito/Marin City exit. Go South on Bridgeway to the 4th traffic signal (Harbor Drive) and turn left past Mollie Stone, continue straight to the Yacht Harbor. After the STOP sign…Our dock is the very 1st one on the RIGHT. We are located at the end of Clipper Yacht. Free ample parking is available to the North of the dock and to the South of the dock, near the restaurant, Fish.

We request a dana for each meetup ranging from $10-$18 to cover Yacht and teacher expenses.
