3.5 D & D Game

  • Apr 20, 2014 · 5:15 PM

I would like to find a GM or I myself could co-run an ongoing D & D campaign. I have several long played up characters that I love and wish to continue sometime. My current favorite is a female scout/ranger level 6/3. Anyway, interested in doing a trade off campaign setting with someone so that we could both get RPing time and DMing time. THus we can share the same game world. I would like the game to take place on a THursday or Friday, my usually days off. I tend to run in Forgotten Realms, but I am very adaptable to other worlds. It would be a 3.5 game, not pathfinder. Anyway, any plaers or DMs interested? I am thinking that perhaps starting it in late Feb.

Interested if I can get a ride, of course! I can bring munchies.

There's been no movement on this in 6+ weeks. Is it as finalized as it's going to be? Shall I delete it or put a date?

I would more than love to play! Unfortunately Thursday would be really kind of impossible for me, but Friday nights I can totally pull off! Let me know if this can happen and I'll whip up a character! I'm sort of horrible at DMing and I really don't like it so I'd rather not do that. I've only played in home brews but I'm down for whatever!

I would like to play as well. Some friends and I started a campaign but the group fell apart because the DM couldn't play anymore. We only played for a few nights, and it was my first time so consider me a complete newbie. I could try to get my character's information again to avoid having to make a new one.

I've been wanting to get into a good DnD game/group for a while but I don't have a character made or anything. How/where can I make one and would I need a figurine to represent said character?

Making a character is half the fun. A figurine? Only if you want. I have a few hundred you can choose from already. I like use standard grid boards because it makes facing easy. Also, this is 3.5, which means with the supplements it is very open ended, Want to be a psionic? You can. Want to be a non-human such as a bugbear or a growing up stone giant? you got it.? I have the humanoid handbook, so do such is not hard. The important this is to have fun. Coming up with a concept and then translating the concept into a character. My last character I was talking about is Diana, I decided I wanted to go abot and make a tomboyish character that was the daughter of a ranger. Since her father always wanted a boy, he kind of slighted her in ways for not being one. She took this up as a challenge and went about to become a ranger/scout of her own. I used the scout template because I saw her as a archer type using her movement and going for the perfect shot.

Well I've been looking online for a character generator to make a Mage type character. I can't seem to find a free one is the problem do you know of any? Would we be doing the character sheets and role playing or just using actual board and game pieces/cards?
