First PHASE (Philly Area Scala Enthusiasts) meeting
Agenda: Completely and utterly informal meet-and-greet (but bring your coding axes, just in case).
See http://groups.google.com/group/scala-phase![]()
Hosted by: Aaron Feng and Algorithmics
Sponsors: Algorithmics; and, ArdenTex, Inc.
Pizza and soda will be supplied, courtesy of ArdenTex, Inc. Please RSVP, if you're attending, so we can plan.
LOCATION INFO:
Cira Centre is at 2929 Arch St, adjacent to 30th Street Station. There's a parking lot next to the building. (Parking is $16, if I recall correctly.) Obviously, mass transit will get you there, too.
NOTE: Aaron Feng needs your first and last name, to put you on the access list for the Cira Centre. If you RSVP here, with your full name, that's sufficient. Otherwise, send Aaron an email (aaron.feng /at/ gmail.com) after you RSVP here.

MEETING IS NOW CLOSED TO RESERVATIONS

I'm also coming from the western suburbs. I'll be leaving from a client's office, in Plymouth Meeting, and heading back to Limerick/Royersford by way of King of Prussia. I have three extra seats, if someone wants to ride along. (I'll be leaving Plymouth Meeting for Philly a little early, around 5:30pm.)
Posted by Brian Clapper July 6, 2010 at 3:52 PMI'm coming in from the western burbs if anyone wants to try to carpool. If I'm by myself I may just hop the R5.
Posted by Kyle Burton July 6, 2010 at 3:39 PMFred, as far as I'm concerned, the meeting locations can rotate. The trick is finding someplace that'll host the meetings. Algorithmics is a nice location, though, for a few reasons. A number of people attending work in Philly, and the Cira Center is right next to 30th Street Station, making it highly convenient to mass transit.
Posted by Brian Clapper June 30, 2010 at 9:46 AMPhilly's kind of far. Any chance of moving west for future meetings? Malvern, KoP, Exton, West Chester, ...
