Thanksgiving evening coffee

  • November 28, 2013 · 7:00 PM

A couple of us have been talking about meeting for coffee tomorrow evening and I thought I'd put it out here to see who else would like to come.

Of course, not much is open.... made some phone calls and I did find a Dunkin' Donuts by Foster/Broadway that is open and they have a parking lot.

However, location is open to suggestions. Will use the comments area to discuss and finalize location. Will make a final decision on location by 3PM tomorrow so please check comments after then if you want to come.

Tnx!

Brilliant! Sparkling conversation! And everyone else was interesting as well.

...and I wonder how Tim would have characterized his cheesecake: "sparkling" or "interesting?" I suppose we can ask him tomorrow morning.....

Ok - location problem solved: Golden Nugget at the southeast corner of Lawrence and Ravenswood is open and that will definitely be nicer than DD. You should be able to find free parking on Ravenswood. See you all later! :)

I was going to chastise you for not putting a location. Then i actually read it. Oh, well. I'm in Niles then trying to convince people to eat a purple cheesecake so sadly I can't come.

Good one, Jeff. On another note I think I heard that Scot's is having some kind of Trashy Thanksgiving dinner. Might be a good place to start!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
