Here is some  review and Photos from yelp

Chips is one of the best restaurants in Sunnyside. We return again and again for the excellent carne asada, a strip steak which is served in an extremely generous portion (there's enough there to split with our carnivorous 4-year-old and still get full). Their guacamole is delicious, and, like their salsa, and everything else we've ever ordered there, it's very fresh. Really good chicken mole, too! Everything comes tastefully presented on ultra-mod square black platters, a nice touch.

I like the small size of the place, and I particularly appreciate the decor: unusual, beautifully illustrated Mexican posters, plus a few images of Frida Kahlo thrown in here and there. The mood is very friendly.

Ok, here's my one problem: I've ordered the same dish 'to go' on about five different occasions, and except for the first two times, some elements were left out of the order (missing tortillas one time, missing salad another). This only bothers me because of the un-cheap cost of the dish (about 13 bucks), but I'm hoping they'll clean up this part of their act in the future. Their food is too good to pass up!
