Included in this martial system is medieval unarmed grappling, dagger, longsword, and spear. Beginners welcome. No previous experience nor equipment necessary - we can lend you practice weapons and basic safety equipment. You will find us a friendly and welcoming group and safety is our priority. Look for us near the tennis courts under the redwood trees!
