Laughter Yoga at Southbank
The most wasted of all days is one without laughter. e.e. cummings
This is going to be an hour of fun and letting go. No prior knowledge and experience required, come and meet some good and happy bunch of people.
We are meeting next to the Mandela statue, which is next to Royal Festival Hall, right outside. Please ask at the reception inside the Royal Festival Hall if in doubt.
In case it rains, there is a shelter next to the Mandela statue.
We will then go inside Royal Festival Hall, there is plenty of space inside the Royal Festival Hall. We will stay for drinks and catch up after the workshop
Please make sure to arrive on time, not later than 7:30.
There is a suggested £3 donation to Care International, please pay directly to http://www.justgiving.com/ntsolak
