This coming November is the long anticipated Ender's Game movie, the adaptation of the acclaimed novel and a great chance for us all to enjoy a sci-fi romp and then get together to socialize afterwards. So come and join us on Sunday, November 3rd at the Cinemark Buckland Hills 18 cinema. Showtime will be as close to noon as possible, followed up with going out to eat and socializing afterwards for those that are interested.

Please try to arrive around 10 minutes early so that we can all go in to grab seats together. We will meet at our usual spot, in front of the photo booth (which is now located in front of the arcade). The official showtime will be updated once the film is closer to release.

Movie was excellent and did a fairly decent job of capturing the essence of the book and internal struggle that Ender faces. The actor for Ender was quite good and really helped develop the role in the more limited time the movie allows. Definitely a reccommendation to anyone who appreciates the book or sci-fi movies.

I'll try to keep that in mind for the future. I try to avoid 3D most of the time, but there were a number of people who mentioned wanting to see this in IMAX.

I may try to schedule another showing for a Tuesday evening to accomodate people who couldn't see it this weekend.

Sorry about the confusion. Showtime usually gets updated a couple of days before once the weekend schedule is available. See you on the 20th!

I may have to skip this event; the earlier time may be too inconvenient. However, I look forward to attending other meetings.

Sorry, me and Steph can't make it, we're visiting her parents this weekend. We were going to make T-shirts that said "horse army", and for the icon have a carousel horse. :(

Just a reminder also, that daylight savings ends so don't forget to turn back your clocks to prevent yourself from showing up to early. :P

Turns out that they do have an IMAX showing without it being in 3D as well. It does mean the showtime is a little earlier then expected, but I figure that this movie will probably be worth seeing in IMAX. So suite up and see you all at the 11:15 AM IMAX showing at Cinemark (Rave) Buckland Hills 18.

Was not initially planning on it, but we could consider an IMAX or 3D option if people are interested. Part of it is waiting to see what formats and times the theater will release it in.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
