What topics are most important and unique in your Science Fiction?

Colleagues who can brainstorm and collaborate in full-fledged, meta-realist worlds and any of their myriad aspects, as well as characterizations of multi-persona, dynamically evolvant individuals, complexes, social factions, ecosystems, savoring all their details and implications; concentrating more partnership in each colleague, highly multidisciplinary, associative, imaginatively and topically advanced colleagues are especially prized!

What forms of Science Fiction are you working on now, and what are the working titles or project names of your Works In Progress? Feel free to tell us about your finished pieces and publications, too, and new material you’re looking to use.

Science is an ubiquitous aspect of this large near-future series, in which biological proficiency ultimately supercedes species heritage, and the real story is the future story of the progress, permutations, and diversity within sentience. A good deal of genre and lexicograhic invention, extensive coinings with an ear for words which may well be adopted as future grails, standards, slang, language mixtures and extensions.

3. What would really excite you as our colleague, if we did it with you?

Great expert speakers on topics I write into my Science Fiction

Our members-only Roster details everyone’s specialties, titles, and artwork, so we get the most out of brainstorming with each other. It’s available to any member who puts their own name and direct email (outside Meetup) into the Roster.

What Riser S. is saying about this Meetup Group

This, now, is THE nexus for science fiction writers on Meetup in San Diego, and it keeps experimenting, getting deeper and better and more fun too. Seriously science fiction, predictive, and imaginative writers, including professional graphic novel and strip artitsts getting together is a very good thing, since in San Diego other groups which try to offer discussions and critiques in this integrated span of directions usually stop at (mainly retro and high) fantasy, a cousin with a different heartbeat which doesn't bridge all the way into this territory, and very light science fiction work, whether dramatic, comic or altverse, and whether or not they believe they are substantially science fiction and its close relatives like (near and far) future, off-Earth, superpower fiction and the speculative non-fiction which critically drives the definitive textures of this genre range.
