    Just curious - is this a place that serves dinner type food or should I plan on eating before/after?

      They serve food. It's a bit pricey, though. Cheapest thing is like $5.

      You can google the place and see the menu. They have appetizer type specials during happy hour, but a more complete menu for those desiring.
