Freedom from Anger

Tonight we will look at effective ways to reduce and overcome anger and develop patience, a mind that frees us from vulnerability to anxiety, frustration and disquiet. 

This class is part of the series "Awakening the Heart." Stress and negative emotions often seem to pervade life, but they are actually transient states of mind that you can learn to simply dissolve away. Through meditation, begin to experience the real nature of your mind – great inner clarity and peace.
