Location:   Holiday Inn Express & Suites, 400 Old Loudon Road, Latham NY   12110

Day & Weekend Crop Packages:

• A minimum of six feet of personal cropping space in our cropping room
• Access to our Idea / Tool Table
• Hotel accommodations & meals served for that day
• Full weekend participants who register before November 6, 2011 will be included in an Early Bird Drawing 

Friday (3pm – midnight):  $50
Saturday (8am – midnight):  $100
Sunday (8am – 6pm):  $60
Friday & Saturday:  $300 / $200 / $175 / $150
Saturday & Sunday:  $325 / $225 / $200 / $175
Full Weekend:  $400 / $300 / $275 / $250

NOTE:  The packages are as stated and cannot be altered.
Those registering before November 6, 2011 for weekend packages
will receive a $25 Early Bird Discount 

Prizes:

• Prizes and giveaways regularly throughout the weekend!   Games, contests and/or surprises!  
• Everyone will receive a registration packet with information and FREE goodies upon check in at the Retreat.

Weekend Menu:

• Friday – Snacks
• Saturday – Breakfast (provided by the hotel), Lunch, Dinner & Snacks
• Sunday – Breakfast (provided by the hotel), Lunch & Snacks

Hotel Accommodations:

• Overnight accommodations based on the package you select.
• Prices are listed as:   Single Occupancy / Double Occupancy / Triple Occupancy / Quad Occupancy

Refund & Cancellation Policies:

• If you cancel your Retreat registration by December 31, 2011 you will receive a refund minus $50.
• If you cancel your registration after January 1, 2012, no refund will be given.

The Scrapbooking Divas reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances and are not responsible for any associated costs (such as travel) incurred by registrants. 

In case of cancellation by The Scrapbooking Divas, full Retreat refunds will be issued promptly.
