Better Team Interaction: How A Different Way Of Thinking Can Improve Teamwork

This will be an attempt to present some ideas and techniques regarding better feedback among team members in an agile team.

These techniques were implemented in the past few weeks, starting with an initial presentation.

I will try to convey as much as possible from what was learned both from this presentation and my personal experience of the weeks that followed.

A more detailed description will follow shortly.

      Yes, in fact I am. The vast majority of the people around the globe that actually PLAY and coach soccer love the team sport, not the individual performances. It's all about motivated individuals and their interactions, less about primadonnas and fools.
