Developer Motivation: How to motivate your team on a group or personal level?

Anders has volunteered to give us introduction to "Herzberg's motivation-hygiene theory". That will get us going.

If anyone has some experience to talk about or want a specific sub topic to touch, feel free to contact me. We can segment time to talk about particular scenarios and try to get to some satisfaction solving them.
