The idea is Ola will host this, but in case he is unable, I will lead the initial discussion.

In my opinion, retrospectives are the most powerful tool in our agile toolkit, but only when done effectively. How do we have effective retrospectives?

Also, on a side note. I thought someone forgot to pay the bill, even after I complained... But it turned out the mistake was ölrupublikens, they contacted me the next day.

I won't make it either, I am afraid. Might be able to drop in a little later, but that is far from certain.

I will not be able to attend (early morning talk about agile for managers in Stockholm the day after), and I was supposed to talk about the retros. A change of date?

Sorry guys, I have not been paying attention here... I guess it's a bit late to cancel now though... I can host Ola, sorry to everyone who can't attend :(

Sorry guys, my son is sick, so I'll have to pass. Really interesting topic though... Typical :-/
