As agreed in the previous meeting let's meet and discuss different principles and practices behind defects management.

Isak Styf will start the session with a short talk on defects and then we transition over to a group(s) discussion as usual.

Lots of good discussion on how to define the defects in the system. sally mot so much about features as promised but the defect dealing discussion made up for that.

Oh, that's too bad. I hope it isn't serious.

No problem with the whiteboards. I will just have to go old school instead.

    Hey guys

Not feeling great today, I'm going to drop off. Isak, sorry that means no magic whiteboards. Hope you can make do without.

If we had a projector this would go on my first slide tomorrow:

Ok, tomorrow is the day. If you have a few minutes to spare, please read through the paper Tomas is linking to below. I am going to make a few references to it so it helps if you have read it, but it is not required.

Can someone (I am looking at you Jeff) bring magic white boards and markers?

    See you tomorrow!

    What’s Really Important?
    Customers don’t buy products based
on the number or lack of defects—
    they buy products because they
    solve some problem the customer
    needs solved.

Seems I had forgotten to book the room. It's done now! We really need to find a way of sorting out the recurring bug ;)

Interesting topic! Too bad I won't be able to attend the meeting this time. Will anyone take notes and publish them?
