    Hi Guys,

I am looking forward to coming up to see you all in Jan,

My thoughts are that there are probably lot's questions you have around the implementation of scrum. I am keen to share my stories and experiences with you.

This was my first meeting of Scrum and I have very little background knowledge of it. It did however seem, to me, that this group is well positioned to take advantage of the growing use of Scrum in the industry. Martin, you are obviously passionate about Scrum.

    Great presentation, pragmatic scrum discussions.
  • Ian Watts
He is obviously passionate about scrum and good at talking about it. That was my first meeting of the Scrum User Group and it felt like there is a lot to look forward to.
  • Robin Mack
Many attendees are new to SCRUM, which causes them to struggle with concepts and jargon common to those with experience.
  • Steve Dalton
Great talk, interesting discussion. Thanks for making the effort to come up and see up Martin, and thanks for organising James.
  • Adrian Royce
Thanks Martin, excellent and practical talk.
  • Scot Mcphee
    wel presented, thought provoking.
  • Mark Goodall
Martin's interpretation of the survey results was very good. His "Advice" was excellant - we need more of this personal experience advice from presenters.
  • Tom P
Great meeting! Martin made it clear how SCRUM can benefit both developers and business by pushing information to those who need to make the decisions.
