It was great to hear LWIT President Dr. Amy Goings talk about what the Institute is doing to work with local companies. Particularly her mentioning that LWIT now offers several cloud computing courses in Kirkland and Redmond as well as custom training programs for business. See http://lwtech.edu/ce/cloudgenius .

Thank you to Tiger Feng and the Seattle Technical Forum for organizing the Meetup at LWIT.

Great meeting and topics, though I think the session on Linear Regression was a little over people's heads. Lots of math, and only a little bit at the end as to how that relates to cloud computing.
