Mission & Objective

1. To help people go seakayaking without needing to buy expensive equipment before they are sure they want to do more.
2. To showcase the beautiful coastline and islands of Hong Kong.
3. To promote an understanding and love of the sea and the marine environment

Sea-kayaking is a fantastic and healthy outdoor pursuit, and is suitable for all fitness levels. However, the waters of Hong Kong can be treacherous so we only allow paddlers who have experience to come along!

Our members come from all walks of life and presently from over 16 different nations.

We paddle from the Sai Kung East Country Park, but generally meet in Sai Kung and travel together to the kayaks from there.

We have trips every Sunday of the year ranging from simple day trips to learning technical skills such as how to eskimo roll or do overnight expeditions.

Qualifications and safety.

I am a qualified international seakayak instructor, although I run this meetup for fun and to paddle some of the most beautiful coastlines in SE Asia.
