Description: Do you want to learn the ins and outs of producing high-quality nature and landscape images? Improve your understanding of your camera, composition, lighting, exposure, and macro photography in the field?  Join commercial photographer and author Sean Arbabi for a day of ideas, inspiration and clear instruction from a widely published twenty-year pro who can help you improve your photographic skills.

With Sean's new book, The Complete Guide to Nature Photography, out in stores, not only does he bring a vast amount of knowledge to the topic, his enthusiasm and charm, along with 30 years of experience, but he will also have copies to sell and sign to use as a great reference during and after the workshop.  Sean's dynamic powerpoint-style computer presentations offer a variety of image-taking ideas, fun techniques to create unique shots, as well as tips ‘n tricks for photographers of all levels.  You will come away inspired with extra tools to improve your skills.

Our class lecture will run from 2pm to 5pm.  After a break and a Q&A session, we will head to Baker Beach near the Golden Gate Bridge to capture sunset and put our newfound knowledge to the test.  You can bring any type of camera to this workshop, although the best option would be a DSLR with a few lenses, tripod, memory cards, and a solid carrying bag.  Please bring comfortable hiking or walking shoes and a warm jacket for our field session.

Nature and landscape shooting is new to me so it was lots of info for newbie like me to absorb in one day. I don't mind repeating this course again or take his other courses because he is such a great instructor.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
