This has been a lot of fun so far, so let's go again. Come watch the Rat City Rollergirls battle it out on the flat track. If you haven't watched roller derby before, no worries. It's easy to pick up, and they explain the rules. Seating is general admission. Let's meet at the green and red sign board by the street on 1st Ave N. We'll plan to sit toward the bottom of section 107. Opening ceremonies start at 5:30.
This month will be the Championships. The first bout of the evening will be the Grudge Match with Grave Danger vs. the Sockit Wenches. In the second bout of the evening, the Throttle Rockets will face Derby Liberation Front for the Championship. There will be a halftime show between the two bouts. If people are interested, we can grab some food or drinks afterwards.
There will be a 50/50 raffle which awards half the pot to the winner, so you could win a chunk of cash while you're there!

You can buy tickets online through Ticketmaster, at the Key Arena box office (lower service fees), at Fast Girl Skates in Wallingford (252 NE 45th St., cash ONLY, $17 each or $70 for 5, tickets not available day of game), or at Rudy's locations ($17 GA adult or $10 GA kid, tickets not available day of game). Tickets are $15 (plus fees) in advance and $20 (plus fees) on the day of the bout. I usually buy my ticket in advance. If there's enough interest, people can Paypal me money and I'll buy the group rate at Fast Girl skates for every 5 people who commit. That makes the ticket $14 total.
While supplies last: Tickets at Goldstar for $10.50 (after fees)-http://www.goldstar.com/events/seattle-wa/rat-city-rollergirls
