Planning Meeting for CSTS 2011! Yep, we're getting an early start this year.

Seattle Browncoats Charities want YOUR ideas, thoughts and suggestions for Can't Stop the Serenity 2011!
Gather 'round the big table at the Wayward Coffeehouse and let us know what's on your mind. See a way to make the event better? Let us know. Have an idea on something new and different? We want to hear it.

After hosting 5 yearly events, we want to make the next one better than ever and we need your help to do it. Tell us your suggestions and if you can't make it to the meeting, feel free to email your thoughts to info[@]cstsseattle[dot]org.

Here is some general information about the event:

MOHAI will not be available as a venue due to the move into the Armory at South Lake Union. They won't have a theater in the new space.
We would LOVE to have the cast, crew and Joss himself come to our event, so if you know of a donor or sponsor willing to give several thousand dollars to us to book our BDH's, then by all means, let us know ASAP!
Dates during the summer will overlap with lots of other events happening at the same time. There is no one weekend that is totally clear of events.
FOX has not given permission for us to show ANY Firefly episodes or commentary.
Buffy and Angel episodes cannot be shown unless released by WB or UPN and they have been asked numerous times.
Universal permits CSTS events to show the movie, "Serenity" but not the commentary. This may change at some point but we don't have control over that. The Global CSTS Committee deals with Universal to get permission for all the registered cities.

Come by, hang out, listen to the ideas and give us your impressions. We really want to know.
