Do you love Firefly, Serenity and Science Fiction? You're our kind of geek. Are you looking for a classy, refined, well-behaved group of fans? We ain't it. Come join us and find out what the Seattle Browncoats are all about. Aim to misbehave!
The Seattle Browncoats are a local fan group of the TV show Firefly, created by Joss Whedon of Buffy, the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and Dollhouse. We like to do geeky-type events such as trips to the Seattle Sci-Fi Museum, attend the Emerald City Comic Con or play raucous games of dominoes.
All types of folks are welcome to come to our gatherings but there's no need to be familiar with Firefly or Serenity (the movie, not the state of mind), we like to introduce people to the 'Verse and see their reactions.
