I came to Seattle to go to graduate school at UW.
I moved from Rhode Island.
Looking forward to more events.
You used to speak Swahili? Amazing this never came up in conversation! I probably won't be active in this group right now because of my schedule, but I now Janet, and we were in the Peace Corps together...we totally need to practice together ;)
Hi Wanjiku, I am planning on attending Trivia night one of these Tuesdays. I am orienting at a new job and my schedule is questionable right now.
Hi Wanjiku, it was nice to see you again. Hoping to hang out with you more...
Hi Wanjiku! I'm glad you decided to join our group, we're always looking for new friends. From the other groups you're in, I'm guessing that you recently moved here from the East coast. I hope you'll join us for some coffee, conversation, and bad science fiction on February 9th. See you soon. - Dave
Hi Wanjiku, It was great meeting you today! Thank you for organizing this event and I hope you have a good rest of your evening.
Hi Wanjiku! Thanks for joining. I am from the East Coast too, and my whole family is from RI (but I grew up in NYC). Look forward to meeting you some time!
Thanks Wanjiku. I hope to meet you too! I see you are from Rhode Island. I have spent a lot of time in Massachusetts. My partners family was from the New Bedford area of MA.... a stones throw from RI. I like RI:-)
We both live on the Hill! Maybe we can meet for coffee sometime.
Thanks for starting the group.
Hi Wanjiku, have yet to meet you at an event but would love to connect sometime and meet new friends! Happy New Year!
