Do you like trail running? Hard to find others to go with on weekdays? Well, look no further. This group is ideal for evening-shifters, late-risers, the unemployed, or just people looking for a workout on weekdays! I plan for these events to start late-morning (11ish) to accommodate a different schedule, unlike most groups which start before 6am.
Slow and fast runners are welcome--we can each go at our own pace, but it is nice to at least start with someone and know that others are out there. Our runs will tend to be between 3 and 6 miles and within a 30 min drive from Kirkland. There are plenty of local trails to run, and I will alternate the trail and the day of the week that the run is scheduled.
