What is your focus in the food and beverage industry?

Organic food production and Special Needs Diets (i.e. allergies and sensitivities). I want to make life easier for people facing a diet change.

What experience and knowledge can you contribute to the conversation?

I've been working in restaurants, roasting coffee, managing farms, and teaching friends to cook for 15 years. On the business side I'm good at account management, project management, and getting things done. I also am a Food Safety Ninja.

What would you like to get out of the conversation?

I'm moving to the area from the Midwest. I would like to meet other food entrepreneurs and talk about food and business.


I'm new to Seattle and am interested in exploring a few ideas for food startups.
