Anything Gluten Free

What experience and knowledge can you contribute to the conversation?

I am in the process of opening up my own bakery, which gives me tons of hands on experience in the food industry. I also went to the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge, MA and graduated with a degree in Pastry Arts.

What would you like to get out of the conversation?

I would love to meet other entrepreneurs and hear their stories. I would be interested to hear how they got their start and what they are doing locally.
