I am looking at starting my own small food operation.
I've done pretty extensive research on procedures in opening a small food business as well as I have several ideas for what could be successful in Seattle.
I would like to learn other's trial and errors in the process, their ins and outs, and ideas and interests.
I've lived in Seattle for 2.5 years as an engineer but my true passion is in entertaining and cooking.
