Hi all -
Thanks for inviting me out to speak about my passion, Chi Running, to you! I hope you had a good time and were able to take away some hints to help your running! For those of you who couldn't make it, I told Loka I would share some resources.
Here is a link to my own webpage where you will find info about upcoming workshops, refresher runs (free and open to all) and more: http://feeltherun.com.
Check the workshops page for info and registration! I also teach private - individuals or groups - get a group together and get free registration!
You can also sign up for my newsletter and stay updated on upcoming events: http://eepurl.com/ho6uU
If you have any questions about Chi Running and/or Chi Walking, please feel free to email me at [masked]. Thank you so much again!

We've got a little tradition with our educational talks of only getting about 40% attendance. I think it would be great to start a new tradition of minimizing the no shows. Weekends are tough and things definitely come up, but I'd like to encourage all of you to your best to make it out this afternoon. You'll be happy that you did. :-)

Not only are we in for a great talk on Saturday afternoon, but Laura will also be giving out some prizes to those of you that are first to answer the following questions. Be the first person to answer these questions during Laura's talk and you will be a winner!
-- What is the name of the woman who won the Boston marathon this year?
-- Who led the women's field for the first half of the race? (Bonus: why do you think she faded [think about form])
-- Why is Chi Running called that - where does the 'Chi' part come from?
-- What is the most important aspect of any good running form?
-- If you land on your ___, that can lead to knee and lower leg injuries.
Hope to see you all on Saturday! :-)
