Monday Evening Track Workout is your casual to advanced speed workout event that accommodates all kinds of runners that have the desire to improve their running speed in whatever distance they specialize in. You're in too if all you want is to get a workout in.
The way we design our training programs is this: we choose a race that a lot of our runners will be running and design a program appropriate for that race. Most times, the workouts will also have a customized version for those that prefer something different - for example track newbies.
You're always very welcome to join us and do your own thing - in fact, chances are someone will like your workout and he/she will run with you.
Workouts will be posted down below, in the comment section by Monday morning every week.
