Stair Crushers!

This awesome event only comes around once a month and is for all fitness levels.  You can decide whether you want to walk, jog or sprint or maybe even a combination of all three.  This is a beautiful area to get in a challenging workout with plenty of variety, so no matter how many times you come there is always room to improve. Stair work is a good way to help develop those powerful muscles that are important for propelling you forward in running and having some running buddies to share the experience with makes all the

difference.

    Thanks for coming out everyone and appreciate the help from Dex before I got there. Hope we all had a good workout.
    If you're going to be sore from this workout, it'll probably peak around Tuesday so come out to the track for mile repeats tomorrow and rest Tuesday.

      It starts with 2 mile warmup jog then the stair climbing. We all finish at different times but think of it as a 2 mile warmup jog plus 30-40 mins of stair climbs.
