Saturday Morning Rise & Shine Run!

We'll be meeting at 7am in the center of the parking lot next to the bathhouse theater. Our goal is to have something for everyone whether you are just starting out or training for a big race. Walkers, joggers and runners are welcome to join on in. We typically try and do longer runs on Saturday mornings, so whatever might be considered a long run for you, our goal would be to build on that distance over time. We have a variety of runners and would have to say that we have a great collection of folks that make running together a lot of fun and very rewarding. We meet gather into distance groups at 7am and try to match people up by pace and are off and running by 7:15am!

    Yay! Looks like a fantastic group for tomorrow morning! We start organizing at 7am in the middle of the parking lot at the Bathhouse Theater. The route leaders will be holding up their distance signs, so join the huddle and see who else is running your pace. Tomorrow should be great. It sure is nice to know that if you're having so much fun you have the option of keeping the party going and running 16-20 miles! See y'all in the morning! Go SGLRG!
