Saturday Morning Rise & Shine Run!

We'll be meeting at 7am in the center of the parking lot next to the bathhouse theater. Our goal is to have something for everyone whether you are just starting out or training for a big race. Walkers, joggers and runners are welcome to join on in. We typically try and do longer runs on Saturday mornings, so whatever might be considered a long run for you, our goal would be to build on that distance over time. We have a variety of runners and would have to say that we have a great collection of folks that make running together a lot of fun and very rewarding. Please give Saturday mornings a try!

    Great run this morning! Very nice to meet new people and branch away from the lake for the first time in a while for me - a lovely 4 miles!
