It was a fantastic year of running with fabulous people. It is amazing that I managed to run without racing this year... and I liked it!
Keep running twice a week with the fabulous running peeps, and run 14-16 miles a week.
I love morning workouts - I do most important stuff first thing in the morning and my workouts are my self care.
I have no race plans for 2015.
I run for my health and to stay in shape. Waiting for my grandson to run with me one day...
