2014 highlights would be 2 halfs, more consistent runs and an overall increase in speed by more than 1 min / mi
I have lots of ideas but mostly I want to enjoy my runs.
I like half's, 5k, 10k. I haven't signed up for any 2015 races yet.
I need a physical outlet. I have a need to push myself. With that done I am a more centered and mindful person.
I love to run
