Hey, great to see you sign up for Monday night track workout. It will be hard but were going to have a blast.
Great Brain hackers of the past includes the likes of Sir Isaac Newton. Who through the use of sleep modification and meditation gave him more brain capacity. Its true that meditation is an art, but it is an art with a science.
