Ragnar in July was super fun, as always. I also paced the Seattle RNR and Seattle Marathons in June and November, which were great opportunities to support fellow runners.
Boston in April! And Ragnar in July for sure. Maybe a Fall half.
Evening (with the Saturday 9am exception). Sleeping in is pretty great.
I don't race a ton, but I'm more of an endurance runner than a speed demon. Boston and Ragnar on the 2015 calendar so far.
I think this Dean Karnazes quote speaks truth for me: "I run to breathe the fresh air. I run to explore. I run to escape the ordinary. I run to savor the trip along the way. Life becomes a little more vibrant, a little more intense. I like that"
