How did your 2015 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

Break 1:40 for the 1/2. Run consistently each week. Vary workouts; begin incorporating track workouts.

What is your plan for 2016? Any races on the calendar for you?

20 miles.

We have runs everyday of the week and have found success in running with others. When do you typically run?

Prefer evenings, but would like to do more mornings. Maybe I should list this under the goal section.

Do you have a big goal for 2016? How can we help you get there?

Teach me about track workouts/sprints, meeting with others for running motivates me.

How long have you been running and what motivates you?

No. I like to do the Whidbey 1/2 in the spring and the Portland Run Like Hell 1/2 in the fall.
