Break 1:40 for the 1/2. Run consistently each week. Vary workouts; begin incorporating track workouts.
Prefer evenings, but would like to do more mornings. Maybe I should list this under the goal section.
Teach me about track workouts/sprints, meeting with others for running motivates me.
No. I like to do the Whidbey 1/2 in the spring and the Portland Run Like Hell 1/2 in the fall.
