How did your 2015 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

Build strength and speed, stay injury free, and above all, have fun!

What is your plan for 2016? Any races on the calendar for you?

26.2 miles at the Vancouver, BC 2012 Marathon. Planning on the Eugene Full in April 2013

We have runs everyday of the week and have found success in running with others. When do you typically run?

I prefer to run in the middle of the day actually, but opportunities for that are tough. So, I end up being a morning runner out of necessity - although, I'd rather be sleeping in.

Do you have a big goal for 2016? How can we help you get there?

I love having the support from all my other running friends

How long have you been running and what motivates you?

I'd love to do one of the big marathons, like Chicago, New York, or Boston.
