How did 2014 look for you as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

I ran the Rock and Roll half marathon and my first Ragnar this year. I'm registered for the SMA 10k in August and the Biggest Loser half marathon in October.

Have you made any running goals for 2015?

14.5 miles. I'd like to run farther. 20 miles seems like a good goal. I'm not sure I'm up for a full marathon yet. I'd like to do some trail runs too.

The SGLRG has running events basically everyday of the week. Do you consider yourself a morning or evening runner if you were to choose?

I prefer to run in the morning, but I'm learning to like evening runs too.

Do you have a preferred race distance of choice? What races are you planning on running in 2015?

I started running in May 2012 and I love it. Now I'm working on adding biking to the mix.
