I enjoy running in the Seattle area and beyond, and have many friends who run with this group. I am a Master Instructor in Chi Running (http://www.chirun...
) and would also love to refer clients to this group.
Mostly running for fun, though I did place third in my AG at the Magnolia Bluff 5K. Signed up on a whim, so that was cool!
55K (Capitol Peak Ultra in 2007). No; spending more time teaching and running for pleasure. Plus I had a serious accident in 2010 that damaged my knee. I credit Chi Running (and Chi Walking) for getting me back to running, but probably no more long distances, at least in the near future.
morning is most flexible

Ha ha! In pure fantasy? Maybe Hardrock 100.

Hello Laura and Welcome to the Seattle Green Lake Running Group! I'm glad you've been able to return to running since your knee injury! Hopefully you can run with us often, we have a lot of great morning events. We also have a monthly event targeted at new members this Sunday if you can make it: http://www.meetup.com/Seattle-Greenla...![]()
. Otherwise check out the calendar and let me know if you have any questions. -Blake
