How did 2014 look for you as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

For the first time in my life, I qualified for Boston at Eugene in April 2013. Unfortunately, when the times got re-calibrated in September, I no longer qualified. Still, it has been a life-long goal to qualify and I did. Sort of.

Have you made any running goals for 2015?

A couple of fast halves, and a BQ marathon. SGLRG can help by just doing what it's doing: providing a great meetup for runners.

The SGLRG has running events basically everyday of the week. Do you consider yourself a morning or evening runner if you were to choose?

Mornings work best for me.

Do you have a preferred race distance of choice? What races are you planning on running in 2015?

Qualify for Boston and have it stick! Then run it in 2015.

Why do you run? And what keeps you motivated?

I'd like to run some European marathons: Prague looks interesting. Post script: I am signed up to run Prague on May 11, 2014! Very excited!

I am an long distance runner living on Phinney Ridge and working on South Lake Union
